Role Description
You are a creative, intellectually curious self-starter confident in your method of inspiring an IT executive’s innovation agenda. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our business growth in the US market. You’ll focus on acquiring new enterprise customers where resourcefulness and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build lasting relationships will be key to your continued career success. You'll leverage your expertise in database, big data architecture and the modern-day glossary of cloud technologies to communicate solution value to enterprise customers of all sizes. - Drive and exceed sales targets by developing and executing a business plan that aligns with our strategic growth objectives.
- Be our frontline expert in understanding and addressing the evolving needs of the market. Perform competitive landscape analysis to keep us ahead of industry trends.
- Assess new accounts, develop strategies to identify and engage buying centers and key stakeholders.
- Use a solution-based approach to building value for your accounts. Work closely with the SA team on crafting tailored solutions and orchestrating proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Prepare compelling bidding materials and lead negotiations to achieve successful deal closures. Oversee term discussions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation in partnership with the Legal team.
- Partner with technical delivery teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Proactively identify and communicate delivery risks and quality issues, driving efficient resolution and long-term customer loyalty.
- Collaborate full-cycle with the R&D team to channel customer feedback into product improvements and innovations. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap and maintaining our market leadership.
What Sets You Apart

- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding enterprise sales targets in the cloud solutions, big data analytics, or AI space.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud servers, storage, networks, and security. Well-versed in cloud database, big data, AI products and solutions to influence customer stakeholders.
- 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on cloud technologies or data solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in public cloud service operations or enterprise key account management is preferred.
- A proactive problem-solver with outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Passionate about personal development.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Technical background in software development is a plus.
