- Execute all line station menu items to exact recipe/plate presentation specifications
- Adhere to all food safety and workplace sanitation requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper cleaning of equipment and utensils
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate and perform as part of a team
- Ability to memorize and replicate recipe/menu item production procedures
- Physical stamina to stand working for up to 10 hours
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a positive and supportive manner
