Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Knowledge of proper safe handling techniques for all food or chemicals used.
- Anticipating kitchen member needs by constantly evaluating environment and responding to cues as necessary.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, loading dock, dumpster, and utility work areas.
- Assisting with receiving delivery of product on behalf of our restaurant team.
- Completing daily and weekly checklists.
- Maintaining a proactive approach to the health, safety, and security of all staff at all times.
- Being vigilant for any hazards, alerting a manager as necessary.
- Greeting guests and providing a memorable experience.
- When necessary, resolving guest issues.
- Sharing your positive high energy and enthusiasm with focus and commitment to exceed customer expectations.
