Shift Leader Role

The purpose of the Shift Leader is to make a positive impact on the lives of employees and guests by creating opportunities to enhance their experiences. You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.

Excellence:
- Strategic planner creates short-term and long-term strategies for restaurant success.
- Delivers profit by utilizing and interpreting the P&L to make financial adjustments.
- Sources, hires, and develops excellent team members.
- Conducts New Hire orientation and develops the training plan for each new hire.
- Minimizes loss through strict observance of cash handling policies and proper training of team members.
Empowerment:
- Provides learning and development opportunities for all team members.
- Consistently demonstrates active and timely coaching capabilities.
- Seeks and shares ideas to help others succeed.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.
