Main Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Monitor team members to ensure they follow all service standards and provide guidance to help them meet their goals.
- Guest Experience: Supervise the service of guests, paying close attention to signals from those in need of assistance.
- Operational Excellence: Assist the manager in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.
- Communication: Prepare daily communication sheets for the previous and upcoming shifts, and communicate clearly with staff through verbal and written instructions.
- Housekeeping: Check the restaurant for cleanliness and set up tables properly.
- Availability: Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned.
