Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that hospitality and service standards are consistently met.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling issues, customer concerns, and equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines, including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling and storage.
- Ensure that all products are stocked, maintained, and prepared according to company quality standards.
- Clean the customer service areas, including outside landscaping, building entrances, dining room tables, condiment stations, restrooms, and food production and storage units.
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility with company assets and follow cash handling policies.
- Contribute to the team's success by communicating effectively and taking on additional responsibilities as assigned.
