- Read daily communication sheets from previous shifts and prepare one for the following shift, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
- Check the restaurant for cleanliness and set up, ensuring that tables are properly arranged and maintained.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
