Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of team members, assisting with the planning and management of daily operations, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring team members to ensure they are following all service standards.
- Supervising the service of guests, being attentive to their needs and ensuring prompt resolution to any issues.
- Assisting the manager in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion.
- Reading daily communication sheets from previous shifts and preparing one for the following shift.
- Checking the restaurant for cleanliness and setting up tables for proper use.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with team members to provide direction and feedback.
- Complying with attendance rules and being available to work on a regular basis.
