Taco Bell is seeking a motivated and driven leader to join our Fast Track Area Coach program. As an Area Coach, you will oversee multiple units, ensuring operational excellence, high-quality customer service, and a positive work environment, all while developing future leaders and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development:
Coach and mentor Restaurant Managers, General Managers, and hourly team members to create a high-performing, engaged, and customer-focused team.
- Drive Business Results:
Manage financials, inventory, labor costs, and operational efficiency across multiple restaurants. Monitor and analyze business performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Operational Excellence:
Ensure consistency in the execution of Taco Bell’s operating standards, including food safety, cleanliness, customer service, and quality.
- Performance Management:
Utilize business acumen and data-driven decisions to prioritize and address business needs, manage KPIs, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Hiring & Training:
Oversee the recruitment and training of high-performing team members. Foster an environment that emphasizes employee growth, performance, and retention.
- Support & Development:
Provide guidance and support to your restaurant teams, ensuring they meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Multi-Unit Oversight:
Manage and drive success across a designated group of Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring each location is operationally sound and aligned with the brand’s core values.
What You’ll Bring:
- Leadership Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, with experience managing multiple locations and achieving operational and financial goals.
- Passion for Developing People:
A proven track record of coaching and developing teams to achieve high performance and career growth.
- Business Acumen:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions that improve business performance.
- Operational Expertise:
Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, including P&L management, staffing, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
- Communication & Problem Solving:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict, resolve issues, and engage with team members and customers.
- Work Ethic & Flexibility:
Ability to work a 50-hour week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
