Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling issues, customer service problems, and equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
- FOLLOW ALL SAFETY PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES, including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling and storage.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment by adhering to company quality standards.
- Clean customer service areas, including outside landscaping, building entrances, dining room tables, condiment stations, restrooms, and food production and storage units, according to proper procedures as directed by the manager on duty.
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility with all company assets by following company cash handling policies.
- Contribute to the team's success by communicating effectively with other Customer Service Representatives and assuming additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
