Shift Lead

Job Overview

As a Shift Leader with Pacific Bells, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our restaurants. You will be responsible for leading a team of employees and supporting the Regional General Manager (RGM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in providing comprehensive leadership, performance management, operational metrics, talent acquisition, people development, culture, retention, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability through effective leadership and operations management.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer service and quality products.
• Implement and maintain operational standards, including inventory management, labor controls, and cash handling procedures.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Proven track record of achieving goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong internal and external customer service focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and follow up on tasks to meet standards.
• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
