">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Plan and execute daily tasks, monitoring performance and taking action to meet restaurant standards
- Ensure safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager to ensure a seamless transition
- Maintain exceptional customer service and train team members on quality and safety procedures
- Manage inventory, perform daily maintenance, and oversee cleanliness of the restaurant
- Meet targets and help teams meet their goals through effective leadership and communication
- Foster internal communication and provide input on operational improvements
