Taco Bell-Pigeon Forge is seeking a full-time or part-time Shift Manager to lead our team in Pigeon Forge, TN.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
- Provide leadership to crew members and other managers during shifts to guarantee exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met.
Daily Tasks:
- Plan for each shift, monitoring performance and taking action to maintain restaurant standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
