- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine and completing tasks for Team Members
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance, wear company uniform, and demonstrate customer needs as the highest priority
- Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relationships
- Develop people by providing feedback to the RGM on Team Member performance and participating in their training
Requirements
