Responsibilities:
Safety and Quality:
- Maintain knowledge of proper safe handling techniques for all food and chemicals used
- Anticipate kitchen staff needs and respond promptly
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, loading dock, dumpster, and utility areas
- Assist with receiving delivery of product on behalf of our restaurant team
Guest Service:
- Greet guests and provide a memorable experience
- Resolve guest issues when necessary
Teamwork and Communication:
