About the Role
A successful Shift Manager is responsible for leading their team to success by maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This includes planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure restaurant standards are met, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food meets our quality standards and is served safely to customers.
- Internal Communication: Effectively communicate with crew members and other managers during a shift to ensure seamless operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including daily cleaning tasks and schedules.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate your team to meet their goals and targets.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service to every customer, ensuring a positive experience.
- Training and Schedule Management: Train new team members and manage their schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Requirements
