Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team members to follow service standards.
- Supervise guest service, watching for signals from guests who need assistance.
- Assist the manager in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion.
- Read daily communication sheets from previous shifts and prepare one for the following shift.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and set up properly, with tables cleaned and set correctly.
- Communicate clearly through verbal and written instructions to provide direction to staff.
- Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
