Job Summary:
As a Shift Leader at Pacific Bells, you will play a vital role in supporting the Regional Manager and Assistant General Manager in driving the success of our million-dollar businesses. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and drive performance excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive leadership plans to drive growth, improve operational metrics, and enhance talent acquisition and development.
- Maintain a culture of engagement, recognition, and retention, ensuring high employee satisfaction and low turnover rates.
- Collaborate with the RGM and AGM to set and achieve business objectives, implement effective performance management strategies, and ensure seamless execution of company policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members, empowering them to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of successful experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry, preferably in QSR.
- Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting deadlines, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and competing demands.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
