Join our dynamic team as a Fast Track Area Coach, where you will oversee the operations, sales growth, and team development across a designated area. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of 4-7 locations, directly managing Restaurant General Managers and indirectly guiding Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members.

- Lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence, uphold brand standards, and drive sales growth.
- Mentor and develop Restaurant General Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize strategic business acumen to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, financial targets, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with market leaders and cross-functional teams to implement company initiatives and enhance brand perception.
