Hiring: Area Leader/District Manager
We are looking for a Leader who resides in the area of Greenville, Sulphur Springs, Commerce, Bonham, and Paris, or is willing to relocate in this general area in order to lead these areas as an Area Leader.
Basic Function:
To provide guidance and direction to restaurant leaders and ensure implementation and adherence to sound cost control methods and bottom line management.
Job Specifications:
Must have comprehensive understanding of all aspects of restaurant operations and prior multi unit operator experience required. At least a high school education is required but associates or bachelor degree is preferred. Requires excellent interpersonal communication skills to direct leaders and work with customers. Must be able to cope with stressful situations. Must be able to work independently and have strong problem solving skills. Requires current valid driver's license as work includes travel within a specific geographic area. Requires ability to work a minimum 50 hour work week of not less than 5, 10 hour days.
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the execution of internal and external examinations.
- Provide excellence in quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality.
- Create and maintain a positive culture for restaurant employees to reduce employees turnover.
- Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Reporting all customer metric and financial numbers at or above company targets.
Decision Making Responsibilities:
- Supervises all aspects of restaurant operations; directs and counsels leaders.
Working Conditions:
- Requires travel within specific geographic areas.
Consequence Of Errors:
- Dissatisfied customers and employees, loss of revenue.
Key Activities:
- Ensures adequate staffing in restaurants within specific area of control.
- Implements and maintains cost control procedures to ensure bottom line management and company profitability.
Requirements: Obtain a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and pass a criminal background check. Need to have reliable transportation. Must have experience in multi-unit QSR’s.
