As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the quality of our food offerings. Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for order processing and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation zones, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals through effective upselling techniques.
• Handle food safely in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages to management.
• Engage in teamwork to ensure efficient service during peak hours while maintaining high standards.

Skills

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
• Experience in food service or retail environments is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance with health standards.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to enhance sales performance.
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the workplace.
