Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure accurate processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll.
· Prepare pre and post-processing payroll reports for managers
· Analyze and interpret payroll/HRIS data and provide recommendations.
· Develop and recommend new audits and procedures that help Streamline payroll
· Review multiple payroll audit(s) reports for accuracy.
· Audit data integrity
· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
· Provide data information by answering queries
· Test new payroll analytic strategies and methods to check their efficiency and accuracy.
· Analyze, document, and update processes with functions to increase efficiency and reduce duplication of work
· Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
· At least 2 years of experience in data analytics
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel (IF statements, Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc.)
· Experience with software and systems
· Superb organizational and project management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
