We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking and food service duties.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Support the culinary team during peak hours by bussing tables and assisting with banquet setups when required.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate dishwashing needs during busy service times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
