Job description
Large Premier QSR Restaurant group is seeking a District Manager with 3 years of relevant district manager/multi-unit management experience in food service, to oversee restaurant operations of 5-7 high volume QSR restaurants.
The ideal candidate will be people and customer focused. They will work with a sense of urgency to serve the customer’s and their people’s needs. Must be able to multi-task, and will possess strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
District Manager is responsible for:
- ·Overall operations of 5-7 high volume QSRs
- Coaching and Teaching General Managers how to staff their restaurants.
- The P&L performance of each store.
- ·Learning and being able to teach the Company’s Brand Standards
- Teaching Sense of Urgency, and the importance of Speed of Service
- Creating and managing budgets
- All food safety procedures, in accordance with company procedures and health regulations, and understands how to take corrective actions as appropriate
- Being highly visible in their stores and understands how to prioritize and schedule their time depending on each store’s needs.
- Interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching GMs, Management and their staff as needed.
- Coaching and assisting General Managers regarding the cleanliness and organization of their stores.

Requirements:
- Min 3 years District Manager/MUM Manager experience (in high volume QSR concepts)
- Proven track record in financials, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety and voice of the customer program.
- Valid DL in good standing
- Flexibility to work any days/shifts as needed
- Undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
- HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
- We are looking for candidates with a STRONG BACKGROUND IN QSR EXPERIENCE.
- Candidates must be hands-on Servant Leaders, this is a MUST for the job.
