To be successful in this role, you should have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility. A high school diploma or GED, along with basic Microsoft Office skills, is also required. You should be able to stock shelves, lift up to 50 lbs, and tolerate standing and walking for long periods.
