About the Job:

The Entertainment & Community Team is responsible for partnering with influential individuals and communities that drive brand heat, visibility and validation for our food. We’re looking for a highly motivated, out-of-the-box thinker with a background in talent relations (musicians, athletes, and more) that can help build and maintain authentic relationships. This individual actively supports the Entertainment Partnerships Manager, coordinates day-to-day operational needs, and ensures timely execution for campaigns and activations. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal/external teams and vendors, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners to align on campaign deliverables, timelines, and various production needs
  • Proactively raise questions, present solutions, and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly from brief to completion
  • Provide operational support including budget and calendar management
  • Lead merchandise fulfillments including gift cards, media kits, and campaign products
  • Participate in developing actionable insights from campaigns, measuring the impact of our projects to deliver reports and advise on future strategy
  • Support the day-to-day marketing efforts of Taco Bell’s Feed The Beat program
  • Assist in talent identification and ensure all influential individuals associated with the brand are “on brand” and align with our filters and values.
  • Handle on-site execution and talent relations, acting as a company spokesperson
  • Field & screen incoming partnership inquiries

Is This You?

  • 3-4 years’ experience required
  • Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly engaged and informed with culturally relevant news and industry trends
  • Strong communication, project management, administrative, creative, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform successfully in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent business experience in social media, community marketing, and/or event coordinator role preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel (<10%)

Salary Range:­­ $66,600-$95,040 annually bonus eligibility benefits
