About the Job:
A Production Support Analyst II is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of software applications and systems in a production environment. The role requires a strong technical background, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
The Day-to-Day:
- Support and implement technical solutions for Taco Bell’s Above Store (AS), a portfolio of applications/systems that are used across various business functions as well as by external Franchise partners.
- Create documentation and train users on supported applications
- Resolve and verify configuration and other non-software related issues
- Remediate 3rd level above-store-restaurant issues
- Adhere to problem management practices that focus on root cause analysis and proactive measures to prevent future problems
- Perform defect analysis
Is This You?
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Application Support space
- Experience & working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, AWS Services (AWS Lambda AWS Application load balancer, S3) along with Application, Integration and data Architecture is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as Production Support Analysts often need to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and resolving issues in a production environment.
- Role requires on occasion working outside of regular business hours and being available for on-call support.

Salary Range: $74,100 to $105,600 annually bonus eligibility equity (if applicable) benefits
