Key Responsibilities

• Run organized shifts and execute administrative duties
• Provide leadership direction when the RGM is not available
• Analyze and respond to operational and financial metrics
• Assist RGM in training team members
• Assist RGM in scheduling facility maintenance needs
• Manage conflicts regarding customers and/or employees

Requirements

• Experience at Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, or Wendys would be beneficial
• Past industry experience in Assistant Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Assistant Hospitality Management is required

Salary Information
Based on industry standards and location, we offer a competitive annual salary range of $ $60,000-$80,000. Franchisees set their own wage and benefit programs, which may vary among locations.
