What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Team Lead position at Taco Bell?
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Crew Leader to join our team at Arby's. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Food Service Manager and Assistant Manager in the operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales and profit goals.
You will assist with staffing, performing management duties as delegated by the Assistant Manager, and ensuring that every customer leaves happy and all complaints are resolved. You will also be responsible for training, trusting, and empowering team members to provide outstanding Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service.
In this role, you will ensure the safety and security of all employees and customers, assist with attaining the restaurant's Annual Operating Plan, and consistently deliver safe food on every shift by enforcing branded franchise safety standards.
You will use branded franchise training tools to develop and prepare team members and managers for growth opportunities, identify and train shift managers, and assume responsibility for preventive maintenance of the restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of all equipment, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to engender excitement, enthusiasm, and a positive mental attitude towards Company objectives.
