- Ensure team members maintain a clean and professional appearance in line with company standards.
- Oversee task completion to ensure it is done accurately and on time.
- Lead the team as Manager in Charge, upholding service, food safety, and operational standards.
- Participate in team training and development actively.
- Assist in managing profits and losses, as well as maintaining cash control and inventory.
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on team performance.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- One year of restaurant experience with a proven track record in leading shifts.
- Current Health Card as per state or local requirements.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
- Ability to pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.
