Food Runner
Reports To:
Service Manager
Primary Objective:
The primary objective of the food runner is to assist in final plating detail completion, preparation of apps & garnishes, and running food to tables by table number and seat number.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the expo person to complete necessary assigned tasks such as grabbing salad dressings, garnishes, sides, etc
- Helps garnish/complete appetizers
- Runs any completed orders to tables using table numbers and seat numbers
- Maintains a clean and stocked workspace
- Helps prepare and package carryout orders
- Assists servers in bussing tables
- Helps maintain a clean and orderly dining room

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have reliable means of transportation
- Must have the ability to stand on feet for up to 8 hours per shift
- Some heavy lifting will be involved
- Must be at least 16 years old
