Customer Service
· Do not make the customer wait more than three beeps
· Greet The customer
· Take the order
· Repeat the order
· Place utensils and salsa inside the bag
· Charge the customer for the order
· Hand the order
Preparation
· Portions salsas; Mild, jalapeno, fuego, ranch, pico, cilantro
· Have onions, limes, cilantro available
· Fries’ chips, tacos and tostadas
· Fills chiles rellenos, rolls flautas
Restock
· Count the cash in your register to make sure you are receiving and returning $185.00 at the beginning and the end of your shift.
· Restock your area with lids, ice, salsa portions, straws, cups, etc.
· Have quesadilla boxes small and large
Cleaning
· Clean drive thru area inside and out
· Sweep and mop the drive thru are
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
