Job Title: Team Member
A key role in our team, responsible for delivering exceptional food and service to our customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and thank customers in a friendly manner.
- Take accurate orders from customers using verbal communication and/or automated systems.
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
- Cook, prepare, package, and serve food and beverages in accordance with recipes and health and safety standards.
- Stock kitchen and customer service areas with necessary supplies, including food, beverages, packaging, and equipment.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including floors, tables, windows, and kitchen equipment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Unload deliveries and stock shelves as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Availability to work during peak periods, such as holidays and special events.
