Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods.
- Ensure that all food orders are accurate and presented beautifully.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, contributing to overall kitchen efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic culinary knowledge is a plus, particularly in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
