Position Summary:
Performs a wide variety of machine operations in the forming, lacing winding, assembly and testing of Stators. Works from verbal, written and illustrated instructions and procedure sheets. May use wire cutters, wooden dowel, continuity check box, assembly needle, hand pick, pliers, automatic tester, NC panel and a variety of gauges

This position works primarily in an office environment using computer and technology. Verbal and auditory capability are required. Occasional exposure in production plant where large equipment and noise are prevalent. Safety gear is required in these areas.
This position reports on-site for all scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performs machine operations in the following positions: Slot Cell, Stator Winding Cell, Power Spike, Lacer, Blocker, Stator Cell and Stator Final Test.
- Makes prescribed checks after each operation to assure quality. Visually checks for quality and repairs defects as required to bring pieces to acceptable quality level. Ensures proper positioning, alignment, lacing, forming and connection as required in each operation. Performs continuity check.
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as required or directed.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 3 months of experience in a production environment, preferably as an assembler
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and effectively apply to assigned work
- Ability to navigate multiple windows in company Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) system to access product, schedule and resource data
- Ability to perform repetitive work requiring constant alertness or activity, and including standing and lifting
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet strict time deadlines and production volumes
