The General Manger(GM) enthusiastically leads the restaurant operations with integrity and a commitment to win. Creating an environment of growth and development for your teams success.
You will have the responsibility for the financial success of your restaurant, as well as managing staff, keeping customers happy, and adhering to health and safety standards.
In this role you must have a strong drive for guests relations, able to drive sales through speed of service, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high quality food, drink, and customer service.
Annual pay for a highly qualified QSR General Manager / Multi Unit Leader is up to $75,000 including monthly bonus based off of performance.
Job location : RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily operations of restaurant
- Hiring, Training, and RETAINING a great team
- Managing all areas in front and back of house
- Ensuring food quality
- Managing food and labor cost budgets
- Committed to driving excellent speed of service
- Ensuring your team provides great Customer Service
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out
