What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meat Cutter position at Taco Maco Catering?
This is a 1 day per week gig for anyone looking to pick up a 2nd job.
Must haves:
Experience with meat preparation and understand all aspects of sanitation in respect to health department.
Ability to chop 200-300 pounds of beef, chicken and pork during your shift
Servesafe certification
Your weekly shift would be either a Thursday or a Wednesday
Be very good with a knife and cleaning sinew/cartilage
Ability to chop all meats consistently to our set sizes for tacos
As our meat prep chef, you will be essential in ensuring the highest quality meat products for our customers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
