Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily vehicle inspections pre- and post-deliveries to ensure everything is safe and running smoothly.
• Keep an accurate Drivers Daily Log and follow all D.O.T. regulations.
• Inspect and confirm goods are loaded correctly, ensuring package count, load stability, and weight limits.
• Review invoices and bill of ladings to plan efficient routes, ensuring COD orders and pick-ups are handled properly.
• Safely transport and deliver goods to customers on time, maintaining professionalism and a high level of service.
• Build strong relationships with customers and communicate their needs with the Sales and Warehouse teams.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or inquiries promptly to the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure proper documentation is signed and all necessary items (payments, documents, equipment) are returned to the warehouse.
• Keep your delivery vehicle safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Attend warehouse and safety meetings, and participate in company activities when possible.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CDL A driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of Over the Road (OTR) driving experience.
• Experience with delivery and material handling equipment.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the last 5 years.
• Ability to pass DOT screenings.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 70lbs during loading and unloading.
• Standing for periods of time while loading/unloading.
• Driving in varying weather and traffic conditions across different regions.
