Position Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Bartenders to join our opening team! If you’re passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences, crafting incredible cocktails, and being part of an exciting new restaurant, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve signature cocktails, including margaritas and tequila-based drinks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Educate guests on our curated tequila selection and suggest pairings with our menu items.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Restock bar inventory and maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, including alcohol service laws.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during service.
Qualifications:
- Prior bartending experience preferred but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate!
- Knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and tequila is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset.
