Position Overview:We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Servers to join our opening team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating memorable guest experiences, and enjoy working as part of a fun and dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, including our signature tacos and handcrafted cocktails.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Provide exceptional table service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations and great guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Uphold Taco Tavern’s standards for hospitality and service.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required; we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for food, tequila, and creating unforgettable experiences.
