Job Overview
Taco Vegana is hiring reliable, motivated, and experienced dishwashers to join our team in Church Hill. Taco Vegana is a new 100% plant-based Mexican restaurant located in the Church Hill neighborhood of Richmond. We are hiring both full-time and part-time positions.
Duties
- Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher machines or by hand. Ensuring all items are clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down counters, and taking out trash.
- Regularly checking and maintaining the dishwasher machine and other cleaning equipment. Reporting any malfunctions or issues to the kitchen manager.
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and chemicals, notifying the supervisor when inventory is low, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of chemicals.
Experience
- 1 years of experience preferred
- Effective time management skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old
Base Pay for both positions is $13-16.50/hr, based on experience.
Full-time Benefits

3:30-10pm weekday
10:30-2:30pm weekend
3:30-11pm weekend
