ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of restaurants and operations
- Strong computer skills with excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with clients
- Three to five years previous experience working in an accounting role.
- Multi Unit experience.
- Maintain accounts payable.
- Maintain accounts receivable including issuing invoices, running credit card payments, and reconciling to aging.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments and accounts
- Investigate errors and propose solutions to the problem
- Maintain a strong operational relationship with assigned business partners.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of general accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Ability to work at a computer for 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
