We are seeking a dedicated Front-of-House Team Member who will also serve as a driver for our business-to-business and catering deliveries. This role involves balancing delivering our delicious tacos and supporting our restaurant operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Front of House - Driver will work in a variety of positions, which include but are not limited to the following duties:           

• Deliver effective results in the areas of quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness, and product preparation.
• Use Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders and compute order amounts, collecting payment from guests
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of our menu items and explain them to guests accurately, including the catering menu.
• Deliver orders with care, safely transport tacos to our partners—coffee shops, local businesses, and catering events—ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every delivery.
• Be a Brand Ambassador by forging lasting relationships with our partners, convey our brand’s passion for high-quality food, and represent Tacodeli with pride.
• Take guest orders at the cash register and deliver complete orders to the correct table or take out counter promptly and accurately.
• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a tidy image. These tasks are included but not limited to sweeping, bussing tables, cleaning counters, maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, etc.
• Answer the restaurant phone line
• Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods and properly store food utilizing the knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage.

The Qualifications: 

• A hospitality-first mindset with a love for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Clean and reliable vehicle with valid insurance that meets delivery requirements.
• Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
• Upbeat and outgoing personality, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
