What you will be doing
People Development:
- Continuously develop and train Team Members through daily coaching
- Coach and develop Team Members in a Positive way
- Have fun at work!
- Ensure that all Team Members provide excellent hospitality
Operations:
- Help cover shifts as needed
- Serve as a liaison between FOH and Kitchen team through partnership with Kitchen Manager/Culinary Lead
- Lead by example in product quality, consistency of execution, speed of service, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service
- Utilize and maintain operational documents when needed for FOH and BOH
- Responsible for proper sanitation standards, correcting bad practices and rewarding good behaviors
