Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Consultant 2 (HRC 2) in the preparation of payroll contracts for part-time faculty.
- Support compliance training initiatives through the NEOED LEARN learning management platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Administrative Operations Coordinator and HR Consultant Assistants to facilitate employee onboarding and training processes.
- Perform front desk reception duties, delivering outstanding customer service within the Human Resources office.
- Coordinate with the Payroll and Benefits Specialist on various HR-related projects.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems.

- Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support is preferred.
