Position Summary
The Manager of Supply Chain Operations is responsible for daily operations and staff management of a team of employees to ensure the accomplishment of objectives within the provisions of MultiCare policies, standards and federal/state and local regulations. The Manager leads, implements, measures, and manages all supply chain related activities within the assigned facility; serves as the point of contact for all supply chain operations questions, activities; ensures the facility has exceptionally effective supply availability and there is efficient utilization of supply resources. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- CMRP Certification preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in progressively responsible Supply Chain Operations related jobs with responsibility for data integrity in a systems-based healthcare environment
- Expertise in supply chain processes, performance and process improvement or re-engineering preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $99,549.00 - $143,229.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
