Corporate Partner Services Coordinator

Job Objective:
This is a full-time salary position for the Tacoma Rainiers Baseball Club. Reporting to the Director of Partner Services, this position will support fulfillment of all corporate partner agreements. As Partner Services Coordinator, you will interface with corporate partners to service, activate, and fulfill contractual elements including promotions, media, signage, hospitality, community events, and game day initiatives. You will also work closely with multiple internal departments, including Corporate Partner Sales, Graphic Design, Game Entertainment, Marketing, Ticketing, and Stadium Operations.
Overview:
- Support the Corporate Partner Services Team with execution and activation of various partner promotions.
- Manage national corporate partner accounts, both in-season, and off-season, number of accounts TBD.
- Communicate partner objectives, sales, and community development initiatives with appropriate staff.
- Maintain accurate, organized, detailed and up-to-date records, files, databases, promotional, and event write-ups.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with the partner services team.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead hospitality events for all corporate partners including tickets and catering.
- Lead and manage the creation of our daily game program.
- Act as a liaison between the partner services team and marketing department, planning and executing all promotion advertising through local media outlets and social media.
- Assist in executing all promotional marketing plans (e.g., monitoring on-site activations, promotional giveaways, web and social media platforms, etc.).
- Manage all radio advertisements for Corporate Partners.
- Assist in the production of Annual Reports.
- Manage and update presentation templates.
- Compile and organize all radio affidavits.
- Support the partnership sales team by creating proposals for potential new partners.
- Lead the production of Guidebooks. Each partner will receive a booklet before the season reviewing each asset, artwork specifications, and deadlines.
- Assist relevant staff and Partner Services Team with the execution of pre-season elements including:
- Signage.
- Advertising elements.
- Ticketing.
- Databases and share documents.
- Planning of events.
- Assist with off-season events including Corporate Partner use of ballpark for events and functions.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong time management and administrative skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to develop strong working relationships/rapport with partners, coworkers, and other stakeholders.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a team-based environment.
- Ability to successfully work with many different personality types.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
