The Location: Taconic Biosciences is seeking a Procurement Intern to join our global procurement team in this full time, paid internship. This will be a remote internship; qualified candidates should reside in the continental US and be comfortable working Eastern standard work hours.
Starting Pay: $20 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors. These factors include geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions and could exceed the advertised salary range.

A Procurement Intern can expect to:
- Develop knowledge of procurement processes.
- Contribute to process optimization.
- Engage in contract and compliance support.
- Enhance their analytical and reporting skills.

- Gain a hands-on opportunity to experience a career within a global procurement department
- Take part in a hands-on Presentation Skills Training Course designed to prepare for an end-of-summer presentation, showcasing the knowledge and skills gained during the internship, with opportunities to present to leadership.
Eligibility & Experience:
- To be eligible for this opportunity you must be enrolled in an academic program in pursuit of an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or PhD or be graduating Spring 2025 within supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
- Completion of minimum 1 semester of related courses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
