Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury residential construction industry.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel .
Ability to read and interpret detailed construction plans and architectural drawings.
OSHA certifications ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Hands-on experience with construction tools and equipment .
Strong communication skills and attention to detail .
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment .
Responsibilities :
Oversee construction schedules , ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget .
Supervise and coordinate onsite construction crews , ensuring quality control and efficiency .
Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and security .
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve project challenges.
