JOB DESCRIPTION:
Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for many patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist residents with day-to-day tasks
- Work alongside our nurse educator and our nursing staff
- Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed
- Physical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Preparing each resident’s room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment, and bathroom needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- This is an entry-level opportunity. No prior experience is required due to the training program we would provide
- Must be willing to learn and apply new skills
- Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
- Strong customer service skills and compassion
